ABOUT TARA

Tara is a versatile and accomplished multidisciplinary practitioner whose experience spans the realms of yoga, meditation, voice cultivation, and sacred song. Her work draws from a rich tapestry of various healing disciplines and spiritual traditions.

Originally from London, Tara’s journey began with an early immersion in Iyengar yoga, that led her to become a certified teacher in 2006. Over the years her exploration has extended to Vipassana meditation, Buddhism, Transpersonal Psychology, Kabbalah, Shamanism, and Gnostic Christianity, each contributing a unique facet to her holistic approach.

More recently she qualified as a breathwork therapist.

Beyond the realm of yoga and meditation, Tara has dedicated much of her time to sacred song and the practice of mantras.

She conducts personalised one-to-one voice classes for individuals seeking a conscious and profound exploration of their vocal potential.

Her group workshops explore the depths of Bhakti yoga, studying the symbolism of mantras, prayers, and the space of the fifth chakra. These sessions support participants in connecting with their voice in a more authentic and conscious way, fostering both personal growth and spiritual development.

She has played at many of Spain’s celebrated yoga festivals and accompanied international artists such as Peia, Brenda McMorrow, Nessi Gomes, and Tina Malia during their European tours. She has also collaborated with local musicians including Lucas Masicano, Ravi Ramoneda, Raffa Martinez, Gonzalo Paniagua, and Manu Om.

In 2015, Tara released her debut album ‘The Silence of Another World’, a harmonious blend of mantras and poetry. Her second album‘ All That Remains’ (2023) was produced by Lucas Masciano, and weaves together Sufi poetry with mantra, and medicine music.
