ABOUT TARA

Tara is a versatile and accomplished multidisciplinary practitioner whose experience spans the realms of yoga, meditation, voice cultivation, and sacred song.

Her work draws from a rich tapestry of various healing disciplines and spiritual traditions.

Originally from London, Tara’s journey began with an early immersion in Iyengar yoga, that led her to become a certified teacher in 2006.

Over the years her personal and professional exploration has extended to include trainings in Vipassana meditation, Buddhism, Transpersonal Psychology, Psychosynthesis, Shamanism, and Gnosis. Each pathway has contributed a unique facet to her holistic approach.

In 2021 she qualified as a breathwork therapist, and this practice has now become an integral pillar in her 1:1 work with clients. She offers psycho-spiritual counselling and mentorship, working with both individuals and groups.

Beyond the psycho-spiritual realm, Tara has dedicated much of her time to sacred song and conscious voice work.

She conducts both personalised one-to-one voice classes and group workshops for individuals seeking a conscious and profound exploration of their vocal potential.

These workshops explore the key principles and practices of Bhakti yoga, and support participants in connecting with their voice and song to foster both personal growth and spiritual development.

In 2015, Tara released her debut album ‘The Silence of Another World’, a harmonious blend of mantras and poetry.

Her second album‘ All That Remains’ (2023) was produced by Lucas Masciano, and weaves together Sufi poetry with mantra, and medicine music.

Aside from these “recognised” qualifications I also feel it’s worth sharing that I have dedicated countless hours of personal exploration and initiation into the lineage of ceremonial plants. I have worked and studied with the Q’ero Nation of the High Andes of Peru, and spent over 18yrs working with medicinal plants as a healing tool. I currently offer bi-monthly gatherings for individuals and groups interested in using these plant guides to explore the Transpersonal Realm, and Expanded States of Consciousness.
