Join me on a 4-day retreat in the mountain region of Col de Nargó, Lleida (2.5hrs from Barcelona).

Withdraw into the heart of Mother Nature in order to reset your inner compass and reconnect with your most Essential Nature.

Through harnessing the ancient technologies of yoga, meditation, and breathwork we will work to clear out any inner stagnation or dullness occupying your inner sacred spaces, bringing your body and mind back to a more harmonious state.

Our time together will culminate in a ceremony with the sacred plant medicine of psilocybin. We will connect with the secret teachings of this plant, harnessing its power to experience an expanded state of consciousness: one in which we can touch the essential nature our ourselves and connect with wisdom, knowledge, and a truth that is Eternal.

This is an invitation to remember: to remember our connection with Spirit, with the Great Mother, with that which is Eternal.

It is a return home, to the body, to the breath, and to inner stillness.

Using daily yoga and breath practices I will help you to realign both internally and externally, creating the conditions to receive higher octaves of wisdom and clarity about life and living.

Harnessing the medicine of ceremonial plants we will open up new perspectives on life, love, community, and purpose, helping you to deepen into your truest Soul mission.

Why work with medicinal plants?

The blessing of ceremonial plants is that they help us enter a space of revelation.

Their purpose is to enlighten our minds and hearts, and intensify that enlightenment. With their help, we are able to awaken the inner power within us and become more internally dynamic.

The goal of this work is to make contact with our Spirit, which is found in the heart. By making contact, we develop another point of reference, another point of view from which to interpret life and make meaning.

This is an extraordinary consciousness that we can experience and live. In this trans-ordinary space, the inner work begins.

Here, at this level of consciousness, we begin to question our own behaviour. The thoughts we used to have mechanically, we are now able to see in action.

We mature in our spiritual consciousness and bring that information back with us, to inform how we live and love here on Earth.

Casa Pui - a return to the Source

Casa Pui is located in the heart of the Catalan Pre-Pyrenees, 5 km from Coll de Nargó. A completely self-sufficient and eco-friendly farmhouse surrounded by mountains and vegetation as far as the eye can see.

Bedrooms are shared between 2 to 4 people, all with en-suite bathrooms.

There are multiple communal spaces for quiet time, rest, and relaxation.

Stunning natural pools with (fresh!) mountain water are a 40min walk away, and there are multiple local hikes to indulge in during our breaks.
